Delivery & Returns


Delivery NZ wide is $4 per 2 KG.

Deliveries will be made to a physical New Zealand address only (no PO Boxes).

All orders will be processed Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Your delivery will usually arrive between 2-3 business days from the day your order is shipped. If an Order has not arrived after this time, please let us know and we will trace your parcel. Shipment of all items from this website will also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant delivery company used.

We are not liable for any delay in delivery or other failure that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Exchanges

We provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your items contact Customer Services on (04) 384 7041 within 10 days of receiving your order and they will inform you if you may return them for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.

Cancellations Policy

Havana Coffee Works Ltd work to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP on (04) 384 7041 and we will do our best to cancel your order.
